PT Sessions


An important part of your journey, PT sessions tend to be what everyone thinks of when they hear about personal training. Sessions last 1 hour and allow me to use my knowledge and expertise to ensure you are doing the most efficient (and fun) things possible to help you achieve your specific goals. This usually comprises of weight training with some cardio exercise at the end of the session, however this is dependent on what your goals are and what you enjoy. Everything we do is tailored specifically towards you.


Nutritional Guidance


One of the most integral parts of the service I provide, nutritional guidance is what produces results. By following my simple and sustainable nutritional guidance you can reach your goals faster and more effectively as nutrition is what drives the majority of great results.


Personalised Checkins


Checkins are made up of custom questions which are set based on what I feel we need to focus on most for you to achieve your goals. The checkin process is essentially my clients sending me their weight and answering specific questions evaluating their week. This is extremely important for measuring progress and most importantly how you feel. Checkins not only give me information about how your doing but they are a great tool for you to ask questions and learn more.

Personal Training Packages
There are 3 different PT packages that I provide which allows me to help you progress using a service 100% tailored to you so you can start living a better healthier life.

Although blocks contain only 10 sessions you are able to continue working with me for as long as you like. You can continue to purchase new blocks once your initial 10 sessions are complete if you are interested in continuing to work with me for a longer period of time (this is what most of my clients do however it is not a requirement).



1-1 PT
(Most Common)

1-1 PT is where I work 1 on 1 with an individual. This is how I work with most clients as it allows me to focus solely on them and is perfect for anyone who wants to maximize value from personal training.

Price - £300


Group PT

This is where I work with 2 or 3 people and in some occasions 4 people at one time. Group PT is very common as it it makes it cheaper for all individuals involved and everyone receives the same service, with the only difference being you do your PT sessions as a group with me. So if you and a friend or family member have similar goals, this could be the ideal option for you.

Express PT

This is where I work 1-1 with clients, similar to the main package however sessions last 30 minutes rather than an hour which is only suitable for certain people. Mainly those who's goal is to improve their general fitness and are completing more than 2 sessions per week.
